As a Marketing Coordinator, you play a crucial role in executing marketing plans and strategies. Collaborating with various departments, your role ensures the effective implementation of marketing initiatives to enhance the hotel's brand presence and drive customer engagement.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and assets for marketing materials.
- Support social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to facilitate marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing efforts through analytics and KPIs.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team and assist with daily tasks.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing strategies.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
